(1) In relation to the implementation of the projects identified and listed in accordance with section 20, according to the scope of work, approval should be obtained from the board or related agencies.
(2) When approving the project in accordance with sub-section (1), if it is to be implemented in a public-private partnership, the manner in which it can be implemented out of the methods mentioned in section 17 should be mentioned.
(3) To implement more than one project of the same nature under a public body in public-private partnership, when the project is approved according to this section, such project shall be re-prioritized.
